Do I have to keep my current phone service active while porting?
Yes. Your existing service needs to stay active until the port completes. Once your number is live with Keep My Digits, you can cancel the old line.
Can I change the forwarding number later?
Absolutely. On the Basic plan, you can update your destination number at any time without extra fees.
What happens if I cancel?
If you ever leave, we can port your number out to another carrier as long as your account is in good standing and the new provider accepts the port.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
