Which plan should I pick?

Choose Basic if you still want calls to ring your cell and you’re just trying to retire the physical line or phone.

Choose Box if you’re ready for this number to be voicemail-only — for example, a former office line, location you’ve closed, or a number that lives on paperwork and business cards but doesn’t need to ring live all day.

Pricing & billing FAQs

Is there a setup or porting fee?

No. We don’t charge separate setup or porting fees. You just pay your monthly plan and any add-ons you choose.

Is there a contract?

Service is month-to-month. You can cancel any time, and if you decide to move your number elsewhere, we’ll help with the port out.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move between Basic and Box if your needs change — for example, if you want to stop forwarding and switch the number to voicemail only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. Charges are billed monthly on your renewal date until you cancel.
